• 2 - 4 Years of work experience in IT Recruitment.
• Experience in End to End Recruitment Cycle right from Understanding the Requirements to Closing the Requirement
• Should have Hands-On Experience in Sourcing Profiles from Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc
• Should have very good technical understanding on the requirements.
• Should be Hard Working
• Should have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
